I need help changing login email for Shoppingads pays $15

Greetings all.

I need change my login email address for shoppingads.
The field in the account page is disabled.

I have emailed them requesting a change but I do not want to wait or possibly get rejected.

I suspect I can alter the url but I must have the syntax wrong when I add in the post fields.

If anyone can provide me with a working mechanism to change my email addy I will promptly pay $15
