I need GSA/spam/any links to 1300 different URLs, as much as possible

Hi,

I am testing one linking strategy and I need as much links as possible to 1300 different URLs. All of them are web 2.0s, linking to my other sites.

I contacted one guy, but he could make each URL have only 7 different backlinks... It's way too not enough, something like 100-200 different backlinks to each URL would be a good starting point(so in total, 1300 x 100 or 1300 x 200 links). It would be good if all of them were from a separate domain, at least as much as we can.

Is anyone capable of doing so? If you know, reply here. And let me know an approximate cost too.
