Hi guys...
I picked a random photo over the internet and I put it into FBML box... everything is OK = my FanPage has 150,000 fans so far (Become a fan to see the picture).

The problem is that It's a professional photography, which obviously I do not have rights to distribute and/or copy. However, I put a link to the official website of the photograph (Find more at: ...........) and I mentioned the name of the photograph. Should I delete the picture right now ?? My Fan Page is growing very fast - almost 30 fans every second (!!!).... I don't want to have any troubles...

Facebook is going to remove it from you sooner or later.
If I were you I would keep the picture up and start spamming people with your offers.
 
Keep the picture, if ANYTHING is going to be done at all, then its already too late i'd say :)

But i suppose if you haven't claimed copyright then it might be abit different.

Just milk the page, quick :D

I haven't claimed copyright... how can I know this page will go viral ???

150,000 fans in less than 18 hours (really).... I gave credits to the Authour... but I'd better change the picture ... :D

Dude, I don't know how to earn money from a page... too bad

I have 3 pages:

One with 325,000 fans
Another with 225,000
Another with 160,000 which I created yestarday and gain +30 fans every second...

and 5 pages with +30 000 fans

They ALL have publishing rights!
 
I use to say, "ride the wave" when I was developing real estate. Me and all my partners knew it wasnt going to last. So we "rode the wave". I got over $2 million in loans to buy land in 8 days. No kidding. And my credit was sh*t. So if I were you I would ride the wave while milking the cow....and......BOOM!!!!! Goes the dynamite.:cool:

On another note, I created a fan page for a cheap MP3 site located in Russia and they canceled my account quick like. But that probable because of the site.

FB deleted my page.... 250,000 fans in 24 hours :D
