As soon as I have some extra cash I'm investing in a war horse gaming style computer.

Not that I ever play video games, but I swear I run so many things at once (photoshop, camtasia, premier, firefox x 5, dreamweaver, etc) that my 2 yr old laptop ain cutting it anymore.

I want one of those crazy, juiced up computers that are so over-the-top that they have to be liquid cooled.

Oh...and I want three 36" widescreen monitors. I've just started working with 2 monitors and I dunno how I lived before it.

    nah. but thanks.
I'm afraid we don't supply these here. Try another forum.

Lol cool but what is the purpose for the thread?
    Some discussion?
    :)

Actually I'm getting tired of my old "supposed to be"
    super juiced up computer.

Because its too bad now. I'm such a heavy multi-tasker
so I need to do the same.

nah, extra monitor means an extra screen you can have stuff that is not on the other screen.. example have photoshop opened on screen 1, dreamweaver on screen 2 and watching youporn on screen 3

and you control all of the 3 using the same mouse and keyboard

All Intel Macs now ship with Bootcamp. I run XP and OSX. Just partition off 30g for Windows, should be more than enough. :D

LOL, 5 versions of Firefox? Must be doing alot of Marco's!

********* is right, hows liquid cooling going to help you? I'm guessing you know nothing about overclocking so you won't even be able to put it to use!

AND 3 36" monitors? Thats TV size, not monitor size. Anyways good luck finding one with more then 1080p res.

If you wanna drop the money, get a Mac like what most people have suggested.

What you need is a lot of ram. 8gb should do the trick. You could easily get away with just a single quad as the nehalam Mac Pro's are bloody fast.

And if you want the best of the best in monitors, get a couple of graphics cards and get 3 sexy Apple 30" screens to go with it.

    craigslist ad..

ask for a supernerd to design one for you with no budget cap and tell the guy to create his own wet dream of a computer.

    choose some finalists and whatever.

order what he tells u to

    pay the dude.

    enjoy.

but be sure to watch him closely! *remembers the thread about the man who fucks cars*

P.s. do not get a mac. why? cause if your comp gets out of date or something on a pc.
all you have to do is change the processor, or the video card, or the whatever it is that has become old and you're comp is fast again.
cant do that with a mac.

Get someone to build one for you if you can't do it yourself it's not hard. I build all my computers. Pre-built computers are garbage, including alienware.
