I need a simple website build

Hi there,

I want to promote a health mlm company, and I need a simple website build with a name and e-mail capture page.
I am enclosing a link to something I came across that promotes the exact same company, so feel free to have a look and get ideas.

I can supply the audio on the 1st page and the Youtube embeded videos.
