Fairly simple request, as sadly I've been let down my previous provider.

I need 300 PR4+ backlinks to one URL. Obviously I want this on 300 different URLs, so no more than one backlink on one page.

Need it within 7 days.

honestly i doubt you will find that many good links for 25 bucks. honestly quality links are worth more than a measly 25 bucks. my lowest package is more expensive then that, but. i do have good news. i believe there is someone that is selling a ton of backlinks for 10 bucks in the bst thread

but i ask 75$ for 300 backlinks

I can provide you 300 backlinks for your URl in 25$,But i use the forum posting method to build backlinks and i will use 10 forums to post.

Good luck finding PR4+ Back Links for "$25"? Dude be very realistic. I hate to say it but PR4 links have a price "per link".

like i said, bannedfree is right, there is a price per link and you won't get any quality backlinks for what you want to pay.
i believe my 350 package goes for 115
 
I have a mixed set of 1500 high PR forum profiles (all different domains).

Details in my sig link but not as cheap as $25 but you get an average of 1100 per order of 500 backlinks.
