Over the past 60 days or so I my offline business went from basically $0 - XXXX/mnth within its first 30 days and now i'm on pace to double it,

I realized getting business is not my problem as Im barely scratching the surface of the possibilities my biggest problem's come as i go and are mostly unforeseen like:
    -Finding reliable outsourcers
    -Managing orders
-Keeping track of who I'm paying for what

I've been working around the clock implementing systems to make my work more streamlined but it seems theres always something new with starting a new business.

I would like to connect with someone who is already running a successful offline business and have already experienced these similar problems who is willing to help.

    I offer offline services like:
    Social Media Marketing
    Website Design
    SEO
    Mobile App Development
    Graphic/Logo Design
    etc...

I know time is valuable and I'm not looking for any handouts, although I dont have a budget for any coaching or mentoring , I will make sure to return the favor as this is a great potential for long term partnership; Maybe revshare or budget later on.

Honestly, just starting out...you are better to learn yourself - why? What if the mentor disappears or doesn't explain it well enough.

As far as your main questions:

-Finding reliable outsourcers: Right here, in the BST section - read reviews and ask to see samples of recent work
-Managing orders - use a program like basecamp - and invoice using freshbooks
-Keeping track of who I'm paying for what - quickbooks and you can use the expense feature on freshbooks as well

    Staying super organized is key.

As your business grows it will benefit you greatly to know your business inside and out. Work 24/7....sleep in your office...do whatever it takes to fully understand your business like the back of your hand. Trust me, it will help you so much.

If you have specific questions ask here, pick brains, etc - but part of growing a business is making mistakes and figuring out a way to overcome them. It is a constant learning curve. The more you are involved the better.

    Good luck!

This..... If you learn how to do everything you can never get ripped off later. Once you understand it then you can pay someone else to do it.
