I am looking for something not expensive, at a reasonable price.

Regarding payment, I prefer quarterly payments via Visa or PayPal.

Thanks, it's about stability. It's a new store, and it won't take up much space anyway.
just need hosting that handle "yoast/securuty plugin/caching plugin/woocommerce/google kit/elementor" and those basic plugins needed for any store nothing special

I came accross a good vps that I'm planning on picking up soon, from inmotion, they are an old host, but good solid name, and customer service. What sold me was that their price meant a 1.5x machine compared to the price of my other vps.
 
Get a server from Digitalocean for $6/month with nvme ssd and install litespeed/wordprss combo. Your website will be lightning fast even with woocomerce and a 100% speed/uptime reliability. Also you can host multiple sites on that server alone. This is better then buying any shared hosting.

If you need cheap and good and do not want to manage VPS'es you can order Crates on namecrane.com
Verry good performance, multiple location has cpanel or directadmin.
 
I would recommend using RunCloud + optimized NGINX server from Digital Ocean for example.
 
I will most definitely be giving netshop isp my business for a long time into the forseeable future. multiple locations to choose from plus stable servers.
