I Need a DSL Script that will login and log off of PPOE connection at timed intervals

I Need a DSL Script that will login and log off of PPOE connection at timed intervals.

This script will be used to change my IP. This will be timed based on captchas that are being typed on software that I have running.

The is similar to a macros/batch file but this will only disconnect and reconnect to the PPOE client and not shut down the modem.
