I need a developer to make a bot for instagram ID messages

i need a developer wich can develop a bot that can send id messages and not get banned easly ? i saw some people that they say can send 1 to 4 milion id messages per day , i tried a bot and got banned after first message , that one not good bot use instagram apis ... so my instagram account got banned to use instagram apis , need a bot that can simulate human hand something that can’t get banned easly ... or a bot that will create instagram account then send ID to the ussers list that i choosed , when instagram account get banned to pass reopen new one automatically or do on ?!
