Even with Fiverr gigs you'll be expecting to pay $5 for a decent sized article, yet alone 25 articles. For quality articles, that price easily goes up.

That is funny who would offer such a ridiculous price for Quality Articles. Or you could order a good spun article for $25 and spin it 50 times.

I would have not made a comment here if you had simply said you wanted 50 articles for $25. However, you have specifically said you want "quality" articles....how do you expect people to write you quality articles for $0.50 a pop.

Have you done your research on the going rates for article writing here on this forum or anywhere else for that matter?
