I Need 1 or 2 Co-Webmasters [JV OPPORTUNITY]

Hi,
I have this new site and I have some people who will provide a bunch of quality content for it free. Yes, most people are never in this good of a situation. Free quality content. This content is written by experts (well not experts but very experienced people) on the subject of the site (writing skills are OK but what's good about it is the information in the writing). I have this other major project that I'm working on and I really don't want this site to fall flat. SO....I need one or two people to treat this site like their own and you can monetize it and make money with it on your own. I won't take any percentage or anything, but I'm also not really going to help that much. It has a good domain, paid for hosting (fast and quality), content providers, and all I need of you is to just help me manage and promote it etc. Everything you'd do for your own site, because it will be your own site that you share with one or two other people. You won't be working FOR me, you will be working WITH me. What's in this for me? Reach. I want to be able to reach out to a bunch of people in this niche for various reasons. so are these just registered domains with hosting and no premade content? We turn the website into our own and keep all profits...you just want the sites to grow?
