Hey guys. I am making a lot of money but I know I can do 100 times better. I am just 19 so my parents pay for me and all the money I earn I spend on shopping, movies, jewellery, cars etc.
I know where and how to make money but the problem with me is that I do not work everyday. All I do everyday is plan what I want to do but never work out the plan fully. I do complete it partially but just won't complete it. I have been willing to write an ebook from 17th november and still haven't got past the 1st page. I am in need of some serious help guys, I want to make it happen.

    Any suggestions???

Tell you r parents to stop giving you money, trust me when you have no income this will motivate you to work, life is easy whilst everything is given to you, but soon as you have to look after yourself, things will change. Also set yourself up a slideshow of the things you want but cannot afford and eachday before you start work look at this and this will motivate you some more

As crazy as this might sound the best way to get something done is by doing it. The hardest bit is to get started. Once you get started it all becomes easy. Just do it. This is how life works. Whether you want to accomplish an online task, approach a woman, get a 6 pack... you just have to do it. When you get into the cycle of doing things it becomes very easy. That initial step is the hardest part.

I was in your exact same position 2 years ago. I would have to agree with Godmonkee that the only way to actually give yourself that motivation is to be cut off. I told mine I no longer wanted handouts and that I could look after myself. It is tough, and it would be 10x easier just living off my parents (like all of my friends do).

They see me working hard, getting stressed, missing out on things but in the long run I think it is the best way to go.

If you think you can handle the responsibility, then man up, tell them you don't need cash anymore. You'll learn a lot and gain a lot of respect from your peers.

    I'm guilty of procrastination, too.

Usually I hit up eBay motors and look at Phantoms, Range Rovers, etc... and sometimes that's enough. If not, I just think about all the bullshit I have to deal with at my day job, and all the assholes I meet on a daily basis that don't deserve to be where they are. "It's not what you know, but who you know" still applies to IM, but thankfully, not nearly as much as in real life.

Most mornings, I wake up tired and think... "fuck this shit"... but end up going to work anyway. Some mornings, I wake up thinking that I'm still at school and just say "fuck it" before waking up properly and realizing that I have to go to work.

But once in a while... I remember that I haven't taken a sick day for the past few months, call in sick (lay on the bed with your head dangling off the edge - it makes you sound real bad), then spend the rest of the day working for myself instead of some ungrateful asshole who was born into the good life. Those are my most productive days by far. :)

I think a lot of us can relate to that... The answer is outsourcing. Outsource everything that's boring.

ha ha...if I outsource I might even outsource peeing, that is exactly how lazy I am. but thanks to mightybh I did what he said and I am half way through the ebook. I made myself sit down and write. I skipped the boring part that it had and aim to complete rest of the report within 3-4 hours. I will outsource the boring part so towerjunkie also nailed it

Deny any money you get from your parents. Makes money more valuable and you will work harder for it once it's not just for fun anymore. Money is good fun though.

That is the key right there. I take the time to figure out a plan. I learn how to do the basics. Then I outsource everything that I can afford to.

I think that the next time what I am going to do is put out a blueprint and send it out to a person to write ( outsourcing with some help from me). I will do the research and save some $$$

if you are very good at putting together blueprints and plans but not that godd and taking action, why don't you just creat solid plans and sell them !! if you can get a liste of 1000 people who trust you and you proved to them that you stuff works they will be very happy to buy your plans and blueprints every time you creat one!

I second this. Get a partner. Be very careful who you chose though - it's like a marriage. And if/when you have enough income build a company. Rent an office, hire people. Or you can start the other way around. Outsource stuff you're lazy to do. Content writing, link building, you name it.
And what the most important is.. have fun! :) You still have time to build a carreer so enjoy whatever you're making. These years should be about enjoying your life anyhow :)

stop taking any money from your parents. be it your school/college fee, your internet bill, anything and everything. that ways....the only option is to work.

    I read a quote somewhere...

"every morning i wake up and check the list of the 100 richest people in the list...If i am not on the list, I go to work"

make that your motto and you are golden. also...I know you are a fellow indian. just make sure that the money doesnt go to your head...you'll know what I mean.

I think I better get to work, just repeat I CAN DO IT, I CAN DO IT whenever I feel unmotivated. This is what Brian Tracy Suggests as the mind can only focus on 1 thought

Maybe you just dont like what your doing. Sometimes its the money that motivates ppl but for most ppl its the task. If you were doing something your heart was into i dont think you would stall so much. Your heart has to be in it at the end of the day. Thats how I feel at least.

But just do it like nike. once the ball starts moving youll want to do more and more.
