A little bit about the video
    • It is kid friendly
    • Has many popular tags
    • Description is decent
    • Has nice thumbnail
    • Content is decent
    • Is over 15 minutes long
    • SEO rating is currently a bit over 50/100

    But:
    • My channel has under 10 subscribers
    • I have very few videos
    • My most viewed video has under 20,000 views and is 3+ years old.
    • Channel is 3-5 years old
    • I have no social media profiles to share the video.
    • I am barely getting any views unless I share it on Reddit.
    • When I share on Reddit, I either get flamed, ignored, or up to 300 views for a day, only to never get views again.

Main Question: How can I market the video and get more exposure without unintentionally spamming?

I also created social media pages, but the only for me to market the pages is to technically spam, which is not beneficial. All of my accounts are currently at ground zero. YouTube, along with the Internet, has changed a lot since I first discovered them. It is very hard for new creators to get exposure without great social media influence.

EDIT: I just get my Facebook access restricted after trying to join 10-20 groups. This is frustrating.

Buying subscribers means nothing if they won't check out your videos. Buying views, likes, and subscribers and can hurt your channel and SEO since YouTube will often filter those videos with artificial results out of the search. I've actually seen that happen to someone before.

Just using popular tags will not get you any views. Keyword research for youtube is pretty much similar to Google: You wanna find search terms that have high search volume, but low competition.

"music", "cars", "vlog" are pretty bad tags, try to be more specific:
"music mix for halloween parties", "affordable tesla suv",...

Same goes for both title and description. Longtail keywords are key

And regarding promotion: Reddit is actually a great place to share videos to and make them go viral. But you gotta make sure your videos are outstanding - otherwise you'll get downvoted in a matter of seconds. If you're confident that your video is great, it might be worth to buy a few upvotes in order to kickstart your reddit post. Don't know a cheap provider though, most reddit services around here look pretty overpriced to me.

The proper answer is the one before this. Long tail keywords. You dont have the power to fight for popular keywords, so you have to build it, and it takes time.
Use Youtube search suggestions and keyword tools when planning your next vídeo. If you had done your choice properly you should be in page 1 asap. Thats what you should be pursuing. Plan your video based in keywords that you would use in title and description.
And as your channel is new it would really help to make some 1 hour vídeos, 250+ words in description and an eye catching thumbnail with caps in color and an intense font.
    Hope it helps

You need time and patience for getting high on youtube. And for your question I can suggest to find FB pages related to kids and ask for a sponsored post or run some fb ads/ yt ads and see how it converts.
