Firstly Don't "hijack" someone's domain or whatever you wanna call it. If someone did something bad to you, don't do the same and get to their level and lose moral high ground.
Second, this is part of web design business because its overcrowded. So always qualify the client.
Third, diversify your income source.
If a client doesn't pay me for the design, and I did pay to transfer the domain.. Technically it's mine then, hence the ''
... '. Also, it's more than 8 weeks after delivery and nothing else worked..

To let the domain just sit there doing nothing, got me to the idea and make some affiliate income with it. It's in the weight loss niche, which could be a good pick.

And yes, qualify the leads is an important thing to do. Yet, some business seem very positive and things like a divorce come up for the client.. and they start crawling away..

I make them pay 50% beforehand now. In that case I already made a profit before starting to lift a finger. Seems to work for the fresh clients I got this week.

I saw something like that in the past too. But I sent very little traffic. I used to make money on Clickbank in the past. Not anymore. I still get few hundred clicks but no sales.
