    The secret is KEYWORDS.
Keywords that get 100k+ searches monthly, are in medical niche (which is very profitable (CPC: $4.29) and the best part - only few first page sites are SOE`d and i'm 99% sure that with professional SEO done you can reach first page or even first spot in no time.;)

Now some analysis sites say that top competitors make $100-$400 daily just from CPC, but who knows.

I know this "secret" for a year now, i tried to milk this baby trough 1 autoblog, lol.I even had top 1st long tail keyword .com domain in this niche. It was my first attempt to make money online.Niche was golden but my knowledge and patient wasn't so after a month i dropped this and completely forgot about it.

    Now what are my options?

I can invest $30 :)D), i have knowledge in IT, WEB, programming etc. but almost no knowledge in marketing, no other tools and knowledge for promoting.
I don't want to do blogs, write ebooks etc.

Maybe i should sell this information to someone? In that case, where and how much i should ask?
Or maybe make a JV? What kind of?

Don't ask what are the keywords, but feel free to ask anything related to it (statistics, diagnoses etc., i will check them)

BTW I'm not trying to brag here or anything because these keywords doesn't make me rich just for knowing them :D

    Share your opinions please

Make a PDF and sell it as a Warrior Special Offer (WSO) on WF. That's the quickest way to make money on it.

Depending on what medical niche it is, you can market off that.

Get a website to the top of these keywords with a really nice professional website, then depending on what field in the medical industry it is, either contact companies directly and sell advertising, product referrals, etc....

I wouldn't sell it off WF, unless you don't feel confident that you can dominate the keywords and make some serious cash off that niche.

Perfect example, had a friend locally who made breaking technology in the cancer industry, dominated a few hundred keywords, and now his company makes millions and millions off their product. He didn't even contact advertisers, he just advertised his product and it made him filthy rich.

Let me know if you're interested in JVing, I have some experience with the medical niche. I'm pretty sure I can guess the root keyword you're going after from the sounds of it. But who knows the interwebz are huge.

Well this example is not really good in this case, it's a tight niche I'm talking about. It's nowhere famous as cancer.

I like the idea of setting up professional website and dominating the keywords but I would need investments for that (good quality articles, outsource, keep up), from $300 to $800, which i don't have. I think I'll be looking for a JV :)

And how do i monetize it correctly? There are few ebooks on this niche, CPC pay is good, but there's no actual physical products (or there is? gotta check)

I'd make it adsense friendly for starters. Not really knowing the medical field, it's hard for me to offer much more than that.

You would need 30 articles per keyword phrase which you could probably get for under 100.00 here in hire a freelancer or on gaf.

Set up one keyword, get your seo working, make some money, reinvest in 30 more articles and continue on like that.

I have one site that is set up like that that has 45 pages and brings in a solid 80.00 daily with me doing nothing to it or for it anymore... nice little annuity.

That particular site is a static html site. I have it monetized with adsense and CJ with the majority of the money coming from adsense and an average of about 8.00 daily from CJ.

You don't need to JV this (not to rain on anyone's parade) if you build it slowly as money is available to you to outsource articles. Also when you build the site, just put one 336 X 280 ad below your H1 title to the left and have the background blend in and the color or the ads the same color of your text.

One ad per page like that has proven to be very effective.

My sites are all business related... bizops, jobs, business insurance, etc and I have them all interlinked as well so I do get some cross over traffic. They are all monetized with adsense in that exact way and all do pretty good.

Seems pretty simple, only problem is finding who actually could write those articles because it is very tight niche, all the top websites are from doctors or someone who is experiencing that "condition".Rewritten articles could do the trick but even then there are problems with finding good articles.

Reach out to the member - maryb83 - I know she is a good writer and is fairly priced as well if you want to move forward. I'm sure that she can rewrite them and perhaps she could make up stories about the lives of people with that sickness.

    Something like, My name is {joe|mary|chuck|willie} and I have XXXXX. Here's how it has affected my {life|job|business|ability to dance}

That can easily be done, spun, twisted and randomized and made profitable.

I once spent a morning writing at a McDonalds.. making up life stories of the employees and the customers for something I was working on... it came quite easy to me and I am sure it does to others that like to write.

I wouldn't waste my time with this asshole. I offered him the use of my SEO and article writing team and he effectively spat in my face. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who was considering doing a JV with him, you probably shouldn't waste your time.

    PM he sent me:

Apparently offering him full use of my SEO and article team wasn't enough for him for a JOINT venture. Were you expecting me to make you peanut butter sandwiches as well? You clearly explained in this thread that you needed SEO and article work done.

    Proceed with caution guys...

Ok man, wtf? I was just asking and you are the one being asshole. What are you warning others from? From making equal terms of jv with me? Saying that I ask questions and don't hand out my only hope to make money right on the first reply? I'm not saying that I wouldn't like these type of services, i just want to make things clear by ASKING. You got to learn to make a discussion and treat that paranoia.

Don't expect me to reply to your next absurd post, because I'm not going to waste my time with a high school kid like yourself, but let's get one thing straight before I continue on with my life...

Look at the PM you sent me. If you think I'm the one that needs "to learn to make a discussion", maybe you should check what you wrote. Obviously you haven't done many JVs because my experience tells me potential JV partners don't start their first reply with "um". Grow the fuck up before you waste my time.

Haha equal effort, really? I was giving you full access to my staff. You obviously don't know what the hell you're doing if you don't see the "equal effort" in that.

    Have a nice life.
