I keep getting a Bing warning that I have no head description

So I downloaded a WP plugin called Per Page Add to Head but it doesn't seem to update all the descriptions OR the SEO analyzer is in beta and it just cannot tell.

Does anyone know which might be true.
or maybe the plugin is buggy because it worked on some pages and not on others.

Is there a better plugin I should be using? How should I fix my problem of having no descriptions in my head on all of my posts.
I don't want to use Yoast because it uses one description for every page on the site.

Also, does anyone know if I should use meta keywords too?

Thanks for any guidance you might have. I spent all my time working on Google SEO but my audience is on Bing. They are the SE I want to rank in.

It looks like a slow server maybe responsible. Do any servers take as long as 20 minutes to update?

It could be a server-related concern, @schleprock. Do you use a caching plugin?

maybe I do. I use Autooptimize, and CloudFlare. I think it just took some time to catch up. Thanks for responding.

I did figure out that they do not do a lot of long tail stuff. Try and do a KW research on long tail phrases and Bing will show 0 traffic. My lifetime subscription to LTP is not going to pay off for my efforts on Bing. it is not going to help me on this project with Google either. I don't target 20-30 year old kids. I love it anyway. And there is always a new project.

I just read a post that iPhone's Siri is going to use Yahoo as a search provider. I am rather glad to see Google losing its nearly absolute domination of search.
