Like I said in the title, I just won an auction for an expired domain that was tied to a job search website. It was sold about a year ago on Flippa for $25,000.

I need some advice on what you guys think I should do with it.

I was thinking about relisting the domain only back on Flippa stating what it sold for a year ago and seeing what I can get.

    What do you guys think?

I think it`s not good idea to resell on flippa. BTW what`s the point of investing in so expensive domain and then hope to resell.

I agree with ksy213. Quality content and quality backlinks.

I guess you need to think about the best way to monetise and why it sold so high on Flippa, maybe first sale was a con?

More important today is what traffic it has and waht income it makes and you need to ensure these are where they should be with Content and Links.

I wonder why such an expensive domain was allowed to expire within just 12 month or less in the first place by its new owner...

Am I missing a point or two here?

It could be because of previous owner's death? I'm not sure but it surely is a possibility.
