Vaccines slots are very hard to get in our country.

Yesterday luckily there was a slot available and I just fluked with a chance and my slot was booked.

Took the vaccine and boy the post vaccine symptoms are very harsh.

Everything seemed okay until I slept. When I woke up today morning, was weak as hell. Felt as if hot fumes were coming out of my hand, lol.

Additionally, don't know why but I am seeing the world yellowish.

I was advised by my friends and family that the post vaccine symptoms are harsh and damn they were right.

My entire body is paining. Hopefully I will be fine by tomorrow.

Why is it that some people get the symptoms and some people dont?

Genes down to or what people take medicine wise for example I had no issues since I don't take anything medicine overall but someone else I know takes medicine for a semi serious illness had a similar effect to him but his own only lasted like 3 hours of pain .

Which one you got? Astra Zeneca?

We have the Moderna and had both done.

Arm ached a hour or so. A retired nurse said before we had them done, when you get home, take paracetamol with water.
Second jab, arm was swollen a little but no other issues.

Good news though we now have 6G ;)

I had my first dose around April. I just had generic symptoms, fever, shivering, tenderness around injection site etc for about a week. Second dose caused the same symptoms but lasted a day. Goes to show my antibodies are there at the ready.

Had my first jab last saturday. When I got home, I had chills. I slept on it for 3 hours. Was able to go out with friends for dinner afterwards.

Paracetamol is the key mate! ;)

Congratulations, you've been sterilized successfully. :P

Wow. In general arm achs, a little bit for few days and some people get slightly feverish. which one did you take?
You reminded me, I gotta book for my second jab.

I personally believe it totally depends on your immune. My dad had no issues when he took the jab. On the contrary me and my mother had sever impacts.

6G? Are you talking about the connectivity? If yes, we are stuck in 4G. Or you are being sarcastic altogether? :p

Congrats, and happy journey :)

Paracetamol makes me sluggish, was sleeping the whole day today.

You are one lucky man, I must say.

Thanks I would kind of agree except I was a bit sleepy not any other issues but I did get kind of lucky to havea really good nurse so never felt a thing which I suspected helped as well

There is already talk of a third jab.
So seems like this is going to become a regular thing? (I hope not)
