Just common sense. My current theme doesn't have a navbar or a sidebar, so the navigation is not as optimal as I want it to be. However, I entice people to click on links leading to other articles, especially to the most successful articles.

No expert whatsoever, but I'm learning the ropes slowly but surely. If it reassures you, I'm currently only at about $100 for this month, so it seems that I'll be hitting around 300$ this month. I'm still puzzled with backlinking, not really sure where to start or who to approach about this.

I've invested $21USD for domain + hosting from Namecheap around March 2018 (it's been 14 months). I've recently bought GMT2 and it's been running for 2 months -> $20USD. Apart from hosting, domain and GMT2, I have spent absolutely nothing on this website. $21USD for the first year, and since I've recently renewed my domain/hosting for about $50USD, I'm at about $70USD for the second year, or will hit $170USD if I keep going with GMT2. I got my theme after googling "minimalist wordpress blog theme", it was the first one that popped up.

Just jump into it. That's exactly what I did. I read some guides on this forum, and just started writing. Haven't stopped until I made my first sale. Now, I'm not stopping until I hit 1k/month.

Trust me, with time I have learned to hate or be indifferent towards the products I'm marketing. It becomes dull and I feel like I'm selling a part of my soul whenever I write an article.

I use Namecheap, the most basic one, I think it's called Stellar now. Don't use Wordpress hosting, use a full website hosting on which you install Wordpress yourself.

With the small amount of work I've put into it, I'm ecstatic. I'm definitely putting in more work to hit a higher mark now.

How would you even start? In my niche, the products require some level of expertise to make, and I don't want to get into dealing with customers, that's why I prefer affiliate marketing.

I didn't do any real keyword research before I started writing, I just sat down with a Word document and started writing categories of items I, myself, would be interested in reading about, so I knew there would be some sort of audience for that. Congrats man! Ranking with only high relevancy and quality articles. You are on the right path! I have a similar blog to yours as an experiment. No backlinks, just natural writing posts. It ranks for many keywords and some of them ranking higher than authority sites.
