I figure the same rule goes for it as the mass spams for pharmacy crap, etc. All they need is a small number, even under 1%, for it to be feasible.

I think we all know where its leading to.Isn't there anything that can be done to expose these scammers once and for all.These days its difficult to tell the decent folk from crooks even Barclays is scamming customers.A credit card was applied for on my account without my knowledge by Barclays staff.They have also scammed me about $300 when I asked for a transfer from one dollar account to another dollar account in the UK they converted my dollars to sterling without even discussing the rate with me.
