im kind a worried that the previous owner might have installed a spyware on my laptop, how will i know that my laptop is clean and my files won't be seen by him, if he did something like this

i scanned my laptop using an anti malware, is it enough?

check your pc network traffic by opening the terminal and running this command

netstat -ano

This will display a list of all the active connections on your computer

if you see any random IPs or you see no IP then your PC may have some backdoors that the owner is spying on you using them

i only see the same ips in the locals , but i saw more than 5 different ips in the foreings, what does it mean?

I doubt it, but here's what I would do.

Clear the HDD/Laptop completely and then:

1. Get 2 USB flash drives.
2. Download a fresh copy of windows on a flash drive. They're cheap.
3. Download all of the drivers for your components onto another flash drive.
4. Perform a DBAN (nuked drive): https://dban.org/
5. Reinstall everything.

Fresh installation of the OS is better that search each file and install all posible antivirus and run them for days!! also you make sure that all the registry and services are enable and not changed, I personally disable many things from the services section that I do not use and from the rgedit I removed de QOS and telemetry of windows so is better a fresh installation.

Do a clean reinstall (as explained by @PHPInjected ).
After that, you'll be able to work without a doubt in your mind, otherwise while you work, the thought of being spied on or hacked, will bother you.

That's not enough. Because you can create any malware FUD (fully undetectable) in just minutes by using crypting techniques.
Just doing a fresh install will clear all of your doubts.

Zeroing out your drive is the best solution like @PHPInjected said. Next best thing is to just shred it and add your own HDD. You don't need to go much further unless you're a spy.

Buy a brand laptop online from official shop on Amazon.

Reinstall fresh OS from Microsoft or Linux, then now you can pretty sure it is clean.

In your daily use of it, don't install anything, browser any suspicious websites, always install a malware scanner plus defender.

At the end of a day, I think you are too worried about this thing...

scan your computer with different anti virus online like bitdefender avira and after that scan with malwarebyte and adwcleaner

PC's are just trashy machines - a Mac user would never ask such stone age primitive questions

As long as no program window is loaded, then no threat should be.

Don't use any crypto wallets on this laptop. That's all I'm gonna say
