uhhhm , did you check the previous owner of this domain , It might be spammed and if it is spammed its value will drop like hell , If I were you I will start authority site

my domain tools account wont let me see previous owner. When you say spammed you mean like spam backlinks or something else? Majestic is not showing many backlinks at all. Whoever bought this originally just sat on it.

    .info domains are worthless
I doubt you'll get something good.
I bought so much domains in my life for nothing and i did get some .info (which i dropped of course) but the good thing is, they were dirt cheap. Not like the stupid .xxx extention which is what ? 100$ per domain or so (didn't get any by the way)

But keep us posted. Good luck

I have .info domains with #1 listings and they pull several hundred dollars per month each. I wouldnt say they are worthless, and I wouldnt say you cant get them listed.

Even the best .com wont perform if you arent driving it right.

I just think it might be worth a few bucks because its ten years old, its one word that appears on About 4,380,000 results pages inurl: About 106,000 results. I would tend to agree. I feel the same way about .info domains and .xxx domains as you do. The only way .xxx domains will be worth something if there is some kind of global agreement to forbid adult content on other TLds which will never happen. and by few bucks I mean like $500 tops.

This isn't worth anything imo, it has never been used. Maybe some Volkswagen Cabriolet & Rabbit Convertible fan might want it. You could build what I just said as an authority site then flip it.

    That's the registration date.

Well it won't worth anything unless you find a end-user or built a site or something. There high value .info domains but that's one one of those

    Paydayloans .info ($24,000) (Sedo)
    cancer.info ($16,005) (Godaddy)
    treatment.info ($10,005) (Godaddy)

Dont know why you would want to flip it. You are in the taxi game...more link juice for your business site.

I know but a few dollars always helps and the .info thing I dont like.. this will preserve whatever value it has from domain age even though I didnt buy private registration right? Can you believe I just paid $11 for this?

I routed this to another domain right now using masking. Does that pass link juice?

While I personally don't care for dot infos, it appears they're catching on. To those saying they're not worth anything I think you might want to do a bit more reading:

    http://flippa.com/blog/why-i-chose-flippa-for-domain-sales/

Particularly dot info domains that sold recently on Flippa

    Asbestos.info for $6,750
    Games.info for $20,300
    Vacation.info for $11,650

Good luck with cabbie dot info but I think if you toss together a good sales copy you might be surprised what it will fetch. Cabbies are in most parts of the world so you have a large audience.

Ya I think I reconsidered. I want to use it to make a worldwide directory for cab companies. does anyone know of something suitable in the downloads section or available elsewhere?
