I just ate a full box of cereal!!

    So i am supposed to be dieting,, and I take it very seriously, but I decided to have a cheat meal so i went to the 24hr Tesco's and bought some cheerios and skimmed milk ...

    My intention was to have 1 bowl ... But 6 bowls later, the box is empty :( .. I am still craving them and want more :yumyum: I also ran out of milk so instead of stopping, i made a couple protein shakes using water, and used them instead!!

    Anybody else here have a certain food which they could just eat and eat and eat??

    You seem to be starving.You must go to some nearest food joint and have something of your own taste.I usually do it when I am over exhausted with work.I am a big foodie as well

    Chocolate Bars. I eat 2-3 chocolate bars per day on most days. They are delicious. Kit-Kat, Snickers, Coffee Crisp, Eatmore, Twix, Crunchie, Aero, Butterfinger. I love them.

    Does anybody know how big a 72 oz steak is?? There is a steak house here in Birmingham which says it 'follows the american tradition' by offering a 72oz steak, and if you eat it within an hour, you get it for free + a 100 pound voucher for another meal!

    Reckon its doable? :cool:

    In an hour you have to be a pro. Would take me about 3-4 hours to do it. Its like 8 regular steaks probably.

    wow .. erm ... It costs 200 pounds to take the challenge, and you get a full refund + voucher if you do it in an hour! I mean, i can eat a regular 8 oz steak with ease, in around 10 mins, so 9 x 8oz steaks = 72oz .. If I rushthen i could do it timewise, but its just whether or not my stomach could handle it :D

    Im only 19 .. I want to be the first 'kid' to do it

    Well you can buy steaks at the store for dirt cheap so just buy some cheap cuts of steak and cook like $30 worth and try at home. If you can eat all of it under an hour, then go for it.

    Well just dont eat for 2 days and you will be good.

    But seriously... when you crave something it could be because of a deficiency of a certain vitamin. Cheerios might have something that you are lacking in your diet.

    I remember as a kid I would eat 2 bowls of cheerios at 7am and by 9am my stomach would growl like I had not eaten in 2 days. Was quite embarrassing during 2nd period math.

    Now I only crave beer... Just can't get enough of that wonderful stuff.

    LOL .. Amen to the beer loving!

    But its nothing to do with my diet, I have been told that a few times .. I just have something wrong with me!! After the first 2 bowls, I was full and would have been satisfied to quit then, but because im a greedy bastard, i carried on eating even though i was stuffed ... Its my love for the cheery little o's :p

    No, you are not taking it seriously.

    Your body is talking to you and you need to listen.

    First of all, you are eating fucking carbohydrates! This means you are eating sugar.

    carbohydrates -> stomach -> sugar

    Guess what? It 's not easy to get full with carbohydrates. 100 grams of meat make you more full than 100 gram of hydrates.

    You must drastically decrease carbohydrates and sugar. Sugar is fucking bad, especially the table sugar and the sugar on processed foods.

    Don't eat too many fruit, that 's sugar.

    Eat meat. You can pick pieces of meat that don't have too much fat, no need to be paranoid about fat. Humans ate meat and fat for through the whole evolutionary process (or do you think they had cereals in the cave, next to the mammoth 's ribs? :D).

    Eating meat will make your hunger go away. No need to count calories and shit. Eat slowly and listen to your body. If you are sincere with yourself, you 'll know when to stop.

    NO PROCESSED FOOD - pizzas etc and NO SUGAR. If you take a look at most processed food, there is sugar (in various names). They put sugar in everything.

    When on a diet, you DO NOT need to drastically decrease the quantity of your food. This is VERY IMPORTANT. You must drastically change what you eat. The body is not a simple machine. If you drastically cut the daily calories you take, the body will drastically reduce the energy it spends. It 's like when you get $1000 decrease on your paycheck. Will you spend a lot of money that month? ;)

    Take this advice and you 're on your way to success.

    Theres this 1 bread i just can't get enough got to eat piece after piece after piece. Good reason not to buy it.

    Drop the carbon hydrates indeed, Eat Meat, Vegetables Wok vegetables + meat is quite good. Also some diary products, dunno what they called in english but they have only like few g of carbs / 100 and closer to 10g protein. Eggs are also great. After a while you will lose the craving for all things with sugar and won't even mind little feeling of hunger so you don't need be eating snacks all the time. Then just do some more sports get some weights to your home so you can even do something if you don't feeling going out.

    Chicken. I go to Nando's here in UK sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. I can't get enough of their Peri Peri Chicken.

    Ha ha ha! TGI's is probably my favourite place to eat - I normally go with my girlfriend who I KnOW doesn't eat much so I normally eat all my meal, then I get 3/4 of my girlfriends meal as well...

    ... Don't know why I'm getting fat ;)

    happens for me same thing few years back on Makarska Croatia :) even if I think was bigger than 20oz lol :) they had free very large beers for free :) and I wanted the beer to be honest didn't wanted to eat but ....:)

    I really need to come to see Birmingham then !

    For me it´s meat.
    I love to bbq for myself and just eat bloody fast bbq´d steaks.
    Could do that the whole time... But since I have a 3 hours workout everyday I am fine with that :cat3:
