So i am supposed to be dieting,, and I take it very seriously, but I decided to have a cheat meal so i went to the 24hr Tesco's and bought some cheerios and skimmed milk ... My intention was to have 1 bowl ... But 6 bowls later, the box is empty .. I am still craving them and want more :yumyum: I also ran out of milk so instead of stopping, i made a couple protein shakes using water, and used them instead!! Anybody else here have a certain food which they could just eat and eat and eat??
