I hired SEO expert but I don't see any results

Hello there I have made a new affiliate website sex months ago, now I have about 130 posts. I hired a SEO expert becaue I hate link building and he is costing me $150 monthly, but after about 80 days of link building I don't see any improvments (I get only 70 views daily and this number is not good for me to get sales and commesion). I know that SEO results are very slow, but do you think its good idea to delegate link building for one person with monthly sallery? And in the image below the type of links that he is building (now he built 5.4k links from 370 websites) and the links he's building I think all from google and goverments websites, do you thikn he has a good strategy of link building?

Depending on how skilled the Specialist is, I prefer to work on a project basis rather than a salaried employee.

If the website is in sandbox, links or anything will have little impact. It can last for as long as 6 months.

Was the content ranking by itself even before the links? Healthy website should show some traction.

No content was'n ranking, it's a new website. but I don't see any impacts for the links.

Those are just DA building links from the picture provided. Would need more data to see if he's doing any rank building.

IMO first you got to create good quality content posts until the backlinks will show some effect.
This is more important then links at this stage..

They are either weak, too young or something is wrong with the website.

It should be within top 100 results for at least easy long-tails.

5k backlinks are too much. Did you tell him to build that much? Don’t expect a miracle. Many of them may be trash.

With such "backlinks" it is totally normal.
It is spam - I would change the domain and learn SEO by myself.

How is he an expert if he only charges $150/m? even in 3rd world countries pricing for quality services start from $400-$500/m (Manual Link building etc)

Sorry, but an expert for $150 a month? You will probably get better results if you buy one niche edit from the BHW marketplace for $150 than continue paying this so-called expert $150 per month that will just spam junk links 24/7.

My friend, you should get rid of that "SEO Expert" first thing tomorrow morning.

Honestly speaking, he is doing no good to your site. All he is doing is building useless redirect links to fool you. I am being very vocal here, but I have to say this.

If he is charging only $150 then how can he deliver good quality back links? You should ask this question to yourself!

Looks like you have paid him $150 for 3 months so far. If you had invested these $450 in buying guest posts, say for example $50 for one post, then you could have got 9 best quality back links which would have greater impact than those crap 5k backlinks that guy has built.
