I import a list of targeted e-mails in my mailbox contacts, so I can just click on "import contacts" when I create a new linkedin..

When it comes to proxies, remember to use dedicated residential. Along with that, pair each account with a different proxy. LinkedIn is very strict on fake accounts, so I don' really see another way out of this.

There's a rather time consuming yet "less block triggering" way to create accounts. You could try creating accounts manually and using 4G mobile proxies. If you use natural residential or phone-based proxies, you can create 2-3 accounts per IP. Worth the try.
