I have some exact keyword domains (review sites). Should I autoblog for fresh content?

I have a number of exact phrase domains that get anywhere from 200 - 6000 searches/month (huge niche, easy to rank for these little guys though). Anyways, most of them are just static pages with my review on the homepage with some banners and links and then I have other pages for some long-tailed keywords and info pertaining to the site's topic.

I know Google loves new, fresh content. I was wondering if it'd be in my best interest to add autoblogs to my sites just so it looks like I'm adding new content. I would set it for probably 1-2 new posts per week, nothing crazy. Probably rotate between youtube videos and articles (or rss feeds). But I've been contemplating this and I want to get your opinions before I go ahead. BTW I have experience in autoblogs and I can set a perfect running autoblog in about 10 minutes.

    Thoughts?

I run a couple of exact match domains that rank really well. They are normally only about 5 pages big and don't get updated often. They still rank fine.

I've never added automated content to any of these sites so can't comment on wheter it would be better or worse, just that you certainly don't need it to rank well.

Thanks for the input. I figured I don't need it, but it would be something to put me ahead of anybody who decides to be competition down the road possibly. The competition is pretty low at this moment and I don't see it changing anytime soon. My goal is to eventually have 50+ sites all in the same niche, all ranking #1. With the market I'm working in, I could make some serious $$ regardless of how many searches each keyword gets because the keywords are targeted for people looking to SPEND money. Eventually outsource some consistent backlinking per week and rankings should stick.
