I have several domains/websites, with no content. What to do? SEO & Page ranking.

I have several good blog websites but with no content yet. I'm leaving for a year or so and won't be developing and maintaining any kind of content. I'm wondering if setting up each domain and having google crawl them with some decent content will have a positive or negative impact on each domain / website.

I know a negative would be page ranking would decrease because the content wouldnt be updated, but what is it worth it?

I understand that, but I haven't built out any of the sites I am referring too. Are you suggesting to just setup the websites when I have time or will it help at all if I launch it with just some content. Do you understand what I'm trying to explain?

    EDIT:

I heard that if a website is older (or domain) then it helps page ranking

If they are brand new sites then I dont think it makes any difference - the only thing they are building is age. But if you add crap content and just leave it as that, they are not going to gain any additional benefit from it. IMHO leave them as domains until you are ready to actually build them out.

Add some good quality content and your web would maintain it good position on search engine.

Just add some content, even a little bit helps, when you come back you will be already out of googles sandbox for new sites.. and will be ready to rock!
