so, here's the situation: i have 2 paypal accounts at the moment
i have a verified and a non verified, i sent money from the non verified to the verified as purchasing services but the fcukin paypal put a temporary hold on the funds, so what should i do now? i have 4 options to choose from when i see the resolution center in my verified in this case seller account:
1 I have not shipped the item yet.
2 I shipped the item(s) and can provide tracking information.
3 The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund.
4 None of these options apply to me.

Which of them should i select coz i cannot have any proof of the above mentioned, how can i get my money back? or after the case is closed it will be available any of my account?

and it is a possible solution in the future when im sending the money from one of my account to the other if i select sending as gift? perhaps i was dumb, and i made a mistake :)

    IGNORE it.
    DO NOTHING.

This is what your lawyer will advise.

See ... the dispute needs to get escalated to a claim before you lose the $$$.

Most times, they will probably forget.

Now ... if it DOES go to a claim ... then you need to have a tracking number.

How did you get into this mess in the first place?

thanks, i can easily do that i think :)

but in this case im the buyer and the seller as well, so i shouldn't have to answer something with my seller acc? because it seems im waitin for myself...lmao
they cannot connect the 2 of my accounts (i created the new one in the 'blackhat way'), besides i sent money from one of them to the other
it was my first try to use paypal as a seller, but maybe it was the last at the same time :)

You should be able to log in to your other account and cancel the transaction, which then the funds will go back to your verified account.

It looks like half ot he people did not read your first posting.

What is the reason for the dispute ?
Paypal always states a reason why the funds are on hold, check for that as it's an important information.

From the options you show me it looks like they either make a random check (that's normal) or they do not trust the account you used to send money.
If you can not verify the account you used to make the transaction you are at risk of losing the money.

You can try if you can make a refund on the transaction but at that stage it might not be possible.

yes, they maybe did a random check and don't trust my unverified acc
unfortunately i cannot verify this acc, because it's a fake one :)
so my money seems to be gone just as quick as i got it...

i see this in my verified acc when i open the resolution center:
"This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation.
This is a security measure meant to protect you from problem transactions.
We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until the investigation is complete.
Please provide some additional information about this transaction.
    Response deadline: Jan 4, 2010"
i cannot provide any info they want, so i guess i've just lost the money

is it better if i send a payment as a personal gift next time or its useless, they don't care and i need 2 verified acc for safe sending? but i dunno why they say the sending limit is ~$600/yr of an unverified acc if i can't send more than $200 (not at once of course, i made multiple smaller ones) and after that they limit my acc and hold the funds

time to buy paypal and make a clean-up, i added to my todo list :D
