    Hey guys,

So i have been doing something profitable for 3 years and was fortunate to make it work long-term and get quite a lot of money out of it.However, this requires live support with clients, talking on skype etc etc....I simply got tired of this, dont want to do it anymore and i want to get into something else even tho this is earning a lot of money....I made enough money to live comfortably for atleast 5 years without doing any work, and was recently looking for some passive income ways,i got a lot of money i can invest.

I was browsing the marketplace section and stumbled upon authority, micro niche and amazon affiliate site services. I see this as a solid passive income with minimal work given the fact that I have the money to invest into advertising and copywriting. Is this a good idea ? Are we looking in the long term kind of thing ?

My basic idea is to invest a fair amount of money so i dont have to do any major work, goal is obviously having couple sites monetized by adsense and affiliate products.

Any advice on this ? Any more ideas for a guy who worked hard for couple years and is looking for the right investment so he doesnt have to work that hard anymore ?

What are you passionate about? Try to combine something you love or enjoy, with fixing people's problems. Create a brand around the idea and monetize it.

No basically. You can't just outsource a entire site/seo because you have a few $s in your back pocket and bank. Picking the niche/keywords is the hardest part.
I've been in a similar position with e commerce and wanting something more 'passive' but affiliate sites aren't really passive atall, need loads of work and then a fair amount will get penalized so you'll need to make more. Taken me much more effort to get affiliate sites earning a few k$ per month than it did with e commerce and selling on ebay amazon.
90% of this forum makes crap money, 90% of the 10% who do make decent money are selling seo to others

Unless you already have millions in the bank and are earning passive income from compound interest then it will usually require a large investment or a lot of work.
If you have a decent amount to invest then hit up the user meathead12345 and he might have a site/business that is already producing an income that he can sell you.

Usually after people make good amounts of money they tend to go one of two routes:

1 - Email Marketing : Create a list of buyers, send emails, make money
2 - PPC, PPV ..etc : This is always where people with money go. You basically create 1 landing page, invest money in advertising, make profit, scale

If I were you, I would find premium paid forum specialized in PPC and learn from them

Of course! This should be the obvious thing to do if your business if profitable. Hire people, scale, keep earning, do the parts that are important and/or that you enjoy or find bearable, have your employees do the things that you detest.

My general advice here would be to stick to what is working and diversify with caution. I've seen a few people in a situation like yours that start slacking off or abandoning their money-maker to pursue "better" goals but jumping into fields they are not familiar with too quickly and ending up with lost investments while their main money-maker starts going under. Still, selling your business might be a great exit if you find a suitable buyer with an offer that can give you another 5 years of financial security.

But truly passive income rarely exists. If you have enough money to buy real estate and living off the rent, that might be viable, but you would still need to take care of the properties. Everything requires effort and time.

I do it my own unique way,i get sales just because I am extremely good in what i do,I would not give this responsibility to anyone else as the business would fail or drop in sales drastically.
