Millions of newer ones, say a few months old. What are they worth? What kind of response should I expect, should I sell them?

    Any help appreciated.

What is the source of these adresses? Are they harvested or opt-ins with all the requisite information? This makes a gigantic difference in how valuable they are.

No, just harvested emails. No info. That is why I do not really think I can sell them. I was wondering what kind of response email marketing generates anyway. What percentage converts.

It isn't even legal to email to harvested email adresses, but even if you took a chance and did it the conversions are ridiculously low. Spam is a numbers game.

I used to sometimes end up on these lists, but now I use a contact form with a CAPTCHA instead of just putting my email addy on the contact page. I'd get offers for Viagra and "male enhancement" products by the hundreds every day.
