I have failed totally and utterly at IM what jobs can i get that are least soul destroying

Grow balls and use your brain. This is my advice. I'm fed up with members crying because they can't make money.
If IM is not working for you and you lost faith, just stop it.

Dude by the sounds of it you are spending a lot of your energy thinking you are a failure and your shit at IM, that is your PROBLEM now, if you have this mindset thinking you are shit then you are only going to attract more shit into your life and you will continue to fail even if you were to get a normal job or work in something else.

you need to empower yourself and have a brick wall mindset and what you want to achieve, set realistic goals and most importantly think outside the box man, everything on BHW is an idea, you can't follow methods to the key because it simply does NOT work. Use your brain and try to out smart the methods posted here.

Unless you shake off that negativity you've built around you and begin driving your life in a positive way, you might see more failures... Sorry to say! :)

I feel you bro.

English seems to be your native language. Try writing articles or doing transcription.

Personally, I'm always working towards making something happen that will bring me more money and passively, but until then I pay my bills doing transcription work, forum posting, PTCs, shit, captchas, anything I can get my hands on.

However, I do live in a 3rd world country now, and I'm still just getting by. However, I am alone, Completely and entirely. In other words, if I don't earn I don't eat.

So for example, I got a PTC site that earns me like $3 per month, brainless clicking, and that actually pays my monthly garbage bill.

I assume you live in the States, so forget about that monkey business - PTCs, captchas - and concentrate on article writing and transcription to get you by, and then parallel to that keep working on something - adsense, affiliate marketing, etc.

And as far as transcription goes, I'm in a down position because I can't even apply to MANY transcription companies - that usually pay better - because they accept applications only from people that live in the US, UK, Australia, etc. But if my assumption is correct, and you live in the States, you got many more opportunities than I do.

Good luck bro. I wish I could help you more, I like your opening post. I would hate to go back to working with people, after working from 13 to 23 as as a waiter and bartender mostly, but also as a pizza delivery, selling opera tickets, car wash, watching kids in a birthday center while they play so that no one gets hurt, etc (and being an illegal/legal alien for all those years - so being in a down position) I never wanna go back to that. I'll be a 1%er for life as long as I can keep working from home and being free. I haven't put an alarm clock for over 6 months, not once, freedom baby :D

Scorpion Ghost, where are you living?
But man, listen to this guy. I also live my life in a shithole somewhere in the middle of Europe and you don't know how good life you have unless you realize how other people struggling everyday.
It's America they says. If you have many cons and pros of working with people you still have a choice. No one here and anywhere else on the internet tell you how to live and be happy. For sure some advices might be very helpful but you can be happy whatever you will be doing. :)
Everything gonna be ok.

In the Balkans brother. If you wanna know the exact country, PM me.

It's no secret, I just don't feel like "exposing" myself at the moment. I haven't slept all night. :D hahaha

Well for you, I can't say anything because I'm also facing the same problem and lost the job and starting from a big zero.
Don't lose the hope try try again with your stuff and don't say it all "Grapes are sour"! You will find something better at IM.

There are thousands of opportunities to make money online, if you have failed to find one of them, then you don't deserve to make money, simple.

Let me share few of them-

1) Buy High PR domains, sell links on them.

2) Make a authority website and rank for easy keywords to start with and move to medium difficulty keywords.

3) Write articles (easy $20-100 a day, if you can write good content)

4) Contact Local companies and sell them website design, logo design, SEO etc.

There are literally thousands of methods like this, all you need to do is select the one you are most comfortable with and start working on it with 100% dedication, and you will succeed eventually.

Depressed much?

Anyway I think you'll find in the US most jobs are customer interaction jobs. I don't like them because i'm sort've a dick in person but it's not as if they're difficult.

Btw as far as online it's actually quite easy. Even without SEO if you don't mind a bit of real work it's easy. I currently do mostly crowdsourcing work for Mechanical Turk and it's decent money. It's not passive, like SEO, but it can be decent.

I saw this one guy post his stats (and he's probably one of a very small group of people) and he makes about $200 a day on mturk.

Although personally I plan to use my mturk money to eventually start a few niche websites. You also see people who make $300 a day on adsense. It's a long term goal to be sure, but it's something to work towards.

The proper way to solve this issue would be to start with some self reflection. Have you really been doing all that you could have done in those 3 years? Have you really been spending time working? Or have you been fucking about and browsing random websites trying a bit of this and a bit of that and not really focusing on learning anything?

If you truly did your best, then Internet Marketing is simply not for you. It most likely overwhelms you and goes beyond your current capabilities. You're simply not tuned into this particular way of growth.

None because you aren't going to get a job, you're going to keep trying until you succeed, keep in mind that if you never ever quit then there's no way you can lose:)

dude, take a break from IM first. then, know deeper yourself "who you are?" "what you can do ?" and "what you can't ?" etc.

if you see IM world doesn't suit for you, then quit. maybe GOD put your money in other place.

don't be sad, if you failed it does not mean you didn't work hard for it. that is life...

yes im just not a real tough man like you. i bow to your greatness

Just based on your "I hate people and mainstream crap" tells me you won't ever be able to make it in IM. IM is all about knowing "mainstream crap" and knowing how to make the mainstream population buy into a service.

IIf you cannot get into the mainstream line of thinking you cannot anticipate what people will like, where trends are going, etc. and you won't be able to earn online.

My advice to you is to look at all your hobbies, pick one that you enjoy most, and see if there is a way to make a career out of it.

BTW to make $ you will always have to deal with people. The best way to llit the number of people you deal with is by having a service that is able to bring a lot of cash from each sale.

I respectfully disagree with this advice. You don't need to keep up on mainstream trends to make money online. None of the money I've made online has had anything to do with mainstream trends.

Find a niche, buckle down and do the fucking work. I see friends of mine failing online all the time, because they don't take it seriously. They dick around all day and put in 30 minutes of work, on a good day.

Nothing replaces hard work and if you put in 8+ hours a day for two years straight there's no way you can fail.
