I have hired someone to do SEO for my site and it has been 5-6 months but it hasn't yet appeared in Google. I have fired him recently and started buying seo gigs from fiverr and it has been more than 2 weeks since they have been delivered and I have also used lindexed to index all the backlinks but again nothing.

My site is www (dot)kidneystonereview (dot) com and my main keyword is kidney stone

The gigs I have used from fiverr are:

    build-a-linkwheel-with-6-high-pr-blog-manually-and-then-create-3000-backlinks-on-them-dominate-the-first-page-of-any-search-engine

    volarex/social-bookmark-your-link-to-600-sites-complete-with-full-report-dominate-google-penguin-today

    volarex/create-18000-contextual-wiki-backlinks-from-6000-unique-wiki-domains-the-google-panda-killer

volarex/create-70-edu-backlinks-and-300-pr1-to-pr6-from-high-authority-wiki-sites (got this with extra I will build 500 bookmarks to your edu wikis as second tier backlinks)

volarex/create-linkpyramid-with-10-level-1-docs-sharing-sites-100-level-2-high-pr-wikis-and-1000-level-3-backlinks (Got this with extras I will create additional 20 level 1 docs sites, 400 level 2 wikis and 6000 level 3 backlink)

Please help me as I have no clue as to why it is not ranking at all.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi There

Your Website is good and seems On-page done little good and Over usage of your keywords. But not many Links indexed well.

The keyword of your website is Kiddney stone which is high competitive keyword.

Also you got the Links which are done through bots and in high volume.

Backlinks is not about Quantity, We need quality Links from Different sources which is simply link diversity.

Build Web 2.0 Properties with unique contents with 3-4 posts on each Account includes Images,Videos and professional SEO optimized Title. Then do backlinks for created properties and i recommend Private Blog networks for those Created Web 2.0 Posts and 100% not directly to your main Website.

Build Website related Blog comments - Forum Posts - Events messages etc - Do manually and slowly in dripped process.

Then your website kw - kidney stones have lots of questions in Q and A platforms, Go there answer them and advertise your websites. here you can hire some one who do yahoo answers with level 2 and 3 account. This works well safely.

I am seeing you have a Video in your website , Hire someone who do Video marketing and ask to submit your video to top Video sites, get Likes, Subscribers,Views and YT comments.Main thing we need is to Create backlinks from Video sites.

First try this above mentioned and see the difference in Google stats.

Also Try to get many kws - kidney stone removal, kidney stone treatment , kidney stone symptoms, dissolve kidney stones etc as you like

Hope this will be useful for you,Thank you

Contrary to what GGURU said, the on page SEO is abysmal. Multiple H1 tags, keyword stuffing the H tags in general, multiple H2 and 3 tags with same information, no alt images, description too long, 2000 words on the home page with a 5+% keyword density for "kidney", keyword stuffed content in general....just from a quick look.

You should remove some of those ad banners.. There are a lot.. Lot of ad banners are a bad signal to Google.

Correct. Your site looks nice, but man the keyword stuffing of "Kidney Stone" into every single inch of the site has got to go. Plus this sort of over optimization and the fact that you basically have an EMD could be a double edged sword. I would dilute your onPage optimazation before worrying about offPage factors.

Read all you can on on-page seo. A lot of people ignore this alot. It's like going for a job interview and forgeting to take a shower. You should also stop using too many links to your site. Signing up for all those fiverr gigs is a sign of desperation. Find even one method and stick with it.

Agreed with gguru you need quality backlinks, from sites that have hight PR and Alexa, see what backlinks your competitors have, you can extract their high quality backlinks with programs like ibacklinkpro. Once you'll know where their quality backlinks are coming from you then can try to submit backlinks to your website on those sources.

One thing to consider is to place yourself in the role of a website visitor.
When you visit a website, especially for information, what would make you trust this site?
What would make you want to stay on this site to search for more info and possibly revisit it?

I am not an SEO expert, but as gguru pointed out in their post, there are basics that you need to follow.

It seems to be clearer that google wants good content - even authority content - more than links. And for heavens sake be careful who you link to, everyone has access to googles disavowal tool, and if people panic and disavow a particular site, all your links will tank and your site may be penalized

While you can drive traffic to your site without google rankings, you still need to gain a visitors trust, and that means creating quality pages
