... but I didn't know it had been registered before(there was no reason to check), anyway in the seoquake toolbar it shows as 1st registered 10 years ago but there are no backlinks or indexed pages. I have used wayback machine and google and other stuff and they show 5 pages for 1 year, 8 the next then 4 then nothing until now.
Wayback machine doesn't have archives of the pages, is there any way to find them as I am thinking if I use the same keywords I can get a leg up in serps or has all the link juice etc gone?
Does the age help me in anyway? I have done some searching this morning but I can't find the answers so please don't just tell me to google it and the like.
    Thanks

    Well.

When I bought my 3 words .com domain i made sure that it was a 10 years old at least.

why? because the fucking niche i want has a 10 year old domain and ranking for the keyword all the time because of his domain.

So before yesterday I started to check about this information and is it truly right or not that aged domains most of the time rank very well and google prefer them always!

So i choose a strongly hard niche

And we will see who is the winner me or that fucked first sites in page 1 :) with 7 years old domains :)

Does your site have keywords from the previous owner and if so are they the same or similar to the ones you are going to use?
Good luck with beasting those aged domains you want to overtake!

the domain was for a copmany before 10 years.

And someone sniped it and got it then i bought it from sedo . com

So it is pretty new but aged! no backlinks no nothing.

And my niche is a way different I am using this domain for my game script and i made a sub domain for my new niche.

Certainly I think any link juice will have gone but I am hoping I still get a boost based on age. If not it doesn't really matter as I didn't buy it because of this as I didn't know it had been previously registered.
    Here is to hoping!
