I have been scammed in Fiverr! ( I'm seller )

A buyer requested a specific service from me, and he told me that he was in a hurry and to deliver it as soon as possible. I did my job and submitted the order . After a day, he extended the review to additional days above, and the review period that Fiverr gives to the customer became 8 days.

Today, after several days had passed, he refused to deliver and told me that there was a problem with the order, and I asked him what the problem was in order to solve it for you and deliver it again. After three minutes, he refused the service. The service disappeared as if I had not started it at all. The customer profile disappeared from Fiverr.

I did not understand what happened. I asked Fiverr, but they did not answer me.

So did I get scammed? Is this a new method to scam sellers on Fiverr?

You can't see him because he blocked you. There are a lot of tire kickers in fiverr. So be ready to have a few cancelation and plan accordingly.
By the way this section is for hiring a freelancer not for discussion, ask a mod to move the thread to lounge, by using the report button.
 
If you have chat history with the buyer, copy his profile link and paste it in private mode of the browser, if you see the profile then it means he blocked you, if you don't see the profile then it means he get suspended from fiverr

Sellers block also. I hate it when they do that. I am a legit buyer with many reviews, and they just block me.
 
Fiverr treats sellers as slaves and always resolves whatever disputes to the buyers favour. Many scammers take advantage of this.

As a level two seller on fiverr myself I got scammed in a similar fashion multiple times.

Then the buyer get suspended from fiverr. If you don't get the money after talking with fiverr then It means fiverr will not give you the money as we know when someone order a gig on fiverr, he has to pay first ( to fiverr)

He did pay the money, I think. I made a good offer, and he accepted it. So I think the money is in fiverr?
 
Move on. It will not matter much when you are a top rated seller. These clients will come running to you and beg you to accept their jobs.
 
sorry is unfortunate that people but if you believe or no as I do in karma they will pay what they are doing, wait just alittle bit more for any response from fiverr so they can help you with this.

I feel sorry for the incident but what i can suggest you that be careful from now on
 
You can contact the Fiverr support via a Call directly or wait for there email to come and tell about your situation.
 
sorry for your loss but how much was the gig worth?
