I have Backlinks in GSC that are not cached and indexed

Hello everyone,

I have backlinks from PBN's that are in my GSC but are not cached or indexed using cache: and site:

This does not make sense to me, I thought they had to be indexed for Google to link them to my website and how can they be in the GSC if they are not indexed?

If anyone can provide valuable insight to this I will be very grateful, thank you.

Additionally does this mean that backlinks that are not indexed still have value?

GSC is greatly outdated. What site: says usually goes.

There is a theory that even non-indexed links pass juice and value because they are still present in secondary indexes.

However, I think it's safe to assume they do not.

Weird. Not sure about the value, but it does increase the domain's metrics.
