I've been asked for my location before. When I logged in with a proxy, I was asked for the last location where I logged in. Since I use different proxies every time, I had absolutely no idea where I usually login.

Even with my own personal account I've had issues. Where I live, there are a variety of names for my city, so it took a few tries to guess the correct one.

usually it asks for location OR security answer, and you really should have kept a copy of the security answer.. ?

edit; to the best of my knowledge. always had that option when presented with the location trigger.
