The keyword is the name of a medicine, 1 word and i have the domain.org and the .com and .net are taken on exclusives domains in godaddy and they sell them for 1k and 2k

the keyword has 18k exact searches per month CPC: 70cents
and the competition is low when i check with inurl:"keyword" intitle:"keyword" also the sites on 1st page are not very good dont have backlinks and even 5 of the top sites there are PR0 so i think i will outranke them

    the question:
After i bought it i paid attention that forgot to check from where are the 18k searches and i started to check and from the us only 1000 , from germany 2200 and from australia 1000 and like that...they searches are coming from many different countries but sitll 18k,

is this still good(i will get the visitors from all this countries when ranking on google.com?

    Thanks

Think you should buy the local domains then. For example germany, get the .de version and forward it to your main .org website.

You can rank whit a .com .net .etc.,, on any country. On google .de .co.uk .etc..

But there is a lot of work involved, try to get link from local sites .de .co.uk .ca .etc...

Yes assuming there is low competition then you will rank well internationally with the .com.

If it's the brand name of a medicine (eg. Viagra®) I would be cautious operating with that domain, a lot of the drug companies will come after you for using their trademarks.

If it's the chemical name of the medicine (eg. sildenafil) then go hard.

However since you say it's a low competition niche, I assume you won't have too many problems.

yes its the chemical name of the medicine, and low competition but 18 k exact searches per month (from all around the globe) , do you think if i make it strong will be possible to rank for every google with the exact match domain (google.de, google.co.uk etc)?

It's impossible to predict that you'll rank number one for every regional version of Google (in some regions there may be particular local health related sites that are highly ranked) but you have a very good shot at it if you've got an EMD and low competition - you will at least still be in the top 10. Put up decent content, get tons of backlinks and go hard!
