I have an email list of 3 million addresses - what should I do with it?

The first thing you shall realise about email lists is that unless you curated that list yourself for a specific purpose, that list is useless.
People love clicking on emails, but converting into sales is another story.
Take the time to build your own email list for a specific offer, and then you will reap rewards.
Find an offer that you like, steal the sales copy from affiliate sites where the offer is converting. Scrape the internet for emails fitting that offer. Send that offer to the emails using a private SMTP server, then put the emails that open and click on your offer on the final list, ditch those that dont open.
Develop a relationship and sell to those people instead.
