    Hey guys.

I have an ebook already to sell. But I don't know where to start...WF now don't allow to make claims like "make $xxx per month" in their stupid WSO section so I'm fucked. I was thinking about buy some traffic here in the service for sales section but seems suspicious for me. Something tells me that buying this kind of traffic isn't the way.Besides that, I don't don't think that traffic converts. If something is too good to be true...

PPC? well I don't know, I had bad experiences with bidvertiser and adbrite (forget about google adwords).

    TWITTER? nah... doesn't work.

I would nice if someone could share their experiences with PPC or other methods. I'm totally blocked. Don't know where to start really...

It would be appreciated if someone could bring me a little help!

    Thanks!

I'm yet to sell my own ebook [in the pipe lines] but I've been an affiliate on a fair few. Most successful has been facebook by quite a bit. The obvious method where you make a huge group that people have to click to join. As long as the group is niche related your on to a winner.

I'm sure there are MUCH better ways when you have your own products though. Try looking for the JV boards and get some people working for you. Do the classic big launch thing with prizes?
Could you not set up a proper affiliate side to your side. Then offer HUGE incentives for T2 affiliates?

have you ever heard of DP (digital point forums)?! it isn't good as it was before but it can be a start
if you're serious you can try e-junkie, clickbank affiliates as well as paydot.com

Why not follow the advice in your own ebook to make '$xxx per month' instead of trying to sell a garbage ebook?

Correctly said, it's because like other products, it's over hype and only selling dreams to newbies. There's money can be made in "fishing newbies with stupid ebook" method :p

I'm already following my own advice and I'm making money with that IDIOT. But I want more. I'm looking for advice of how to sell it that's all. So instead of trying to be "cool" and brag about how much intelligent you are with such a "brilliant" post like that, go and write your own ebook and try to make some money. I'm sure you're yet to make $1 online.

    Thanks...

By your meaningless post it seems that you're a really intelligent being. You're some kind of stephen hawking of internet marketing...I'm impressed with your vast knowledge.

I don't think that selling an ebook with PLR rights it's considered "to sell a dream to a newbie".

Well Galanoid I have THE perfect solution for you, but I don't want to offend you with my intelligence like Jay2success or alcohol under control, so I guess I will just keep it to myself until you get your little sarcasm problem worked out.

Make a sales page for the book somewhere.

Drive organic traffic to the sales page via article submission / web 2.0 properties (hubpages, twitter, facebook, etc).

Don't buy traffic it doesn't convert (nor is it meant to). Buying traffic is for other SEO orientated stuff mostly, not for actually getting converting customers.

Find Forums that arent the well known big 3 (DP, WF, BHW) and flog your book to the noobs you find there.

you're being flamed because your post pretty much amounts to "how do i sell ebook?", which falls under the category of spoonfeeding.

but yea, dp would probably be the easiest place to sell it.

Make a website for it, then an affiliate program, post about it in a few places. Make some youtube videos, post em up on youtube. I did this exact thing when I was 15 and bought graphics for $100, spent a day writing the ebook, posted a few youtube videos and made like $3k off it off it although I never made any further effort to promote or maintain the site(I really should have though, would have made way more).

    Hey Talsin.

Thank you for your advices. I already have a sales page and the domain name. Everything is set up. I think i'll first try the web 2.0 and see how it goes.

If things are not going as planned, I'll try to find not so famous forums :)

    Thank you.

Don't try to buy traffic. Purchased traffic won't convert, it's usually people that are paid to visit sites so they just want to visit as many as possible. They don't even look at the sites that they visit, the bounce rate is about 100%. There's nothing suspicious about it though, it's just for a different purpose. If you need to inflate your visitor count for whatever reason, like if you need to water down your real conversion rate if its too high for a cpa or affiliate program, or if your flipping sites and want to inflate your traffic stats.

I think the best advice given was this:
You could do what TheInternetHustler says, and then also still sell your book in places like wf and dp.
You should also still try sell it in wso section, just rewrite what you need to comply with what they want. Make $xxx a day can be good ad copy, but it isn't the only way to hype the product. Just make a few changes to comply with what wf wants and you might even have a better ebook. If not then you just have a second version, sell one on wf and the other everywhere else.

Two other places you can sell your ebook are PayDotCom.com and Click2Sell.eu/.

The first time you offer your ebook on PayDotCom, it is free. And Click2Sell is free as well. Check 'em out!

    Cheers! - "Wiz"
