I have access to unlimited .edu wordpress blogs - what is the value?

Here is the thing. The root domain is www-xxx-edu which has pagerank 7. And they have WordPress-mu hosted at their blog.xxx.edu which has pagerank of 4.

The individual wordpress blog (home page) is at blog.xxx.edu/~username/

I happen to be able to create unlimited users (wordpress blogs) on this blog.xxx.edu domain.

Do you guys think there is some value in this?


BTW, I wouldn't do anything blackhat or illegal (including adult stuff) on these blogs as that would jeopardize my career.

is it just one domain name or do you have access to blogs on different edu domains? If on different domain, you can setup your blog and offer service to publish articles on them for a fee. Ofcourse make sure that you don't post garbage.

This got some potential. Try to make an user, and check the pagerank of a blog entry on this user blog site.

I don't think big G really cares if it comes from a state university or not, .edu is .edu. It's still worth a bit and people would pay to blog there... I think.
