Have you considered starting your own blog?

 

make a black and white flyer with photoshop or a graphic program. Link the flyer to a free blog or w2 account with a CPA offer. Take the file or email it to a place when you can print out 1000 pages for $5 if you don't have a printer. Take your flyers and hand out to people in your target area, ie if your cpa offer is about fashion or clothes then hand them out to people shopping for clothing....

 

Learn a skill like credit repair or marketing that would allow you to gain customers with no out of pocket expenses. When I needed to raise money for an idea I had, I just offered credit repair services on Facebook for $350 and got 8 signups in my first 2 days. The only thing I can think of outside of that....would be to get a job.

Its not the matter of money, you could earn money by without any investment by creating blogs and give great content.
