I have a way of mass scraping google maps data (millions of records) for cheap - how to sell data?

As the title says i can make millions of requests for scraping google maps per day with low effort, same for google search, how would you try to make money off of it?
 
Advertise on BHW
Sell the software/bot that allows you to scrape millions of gmap data to people.
 
Then everybody will be able to do it, id rather offer the service and try to sell the data

There are many people who sell gmap lead extraction service in various marketplace and freelancer sites but there are not many people who sell a software that can extract millions of gmaps data quickly.

You have a better UPS (unique selling proposition) and larger market potential if you sell the software/bot to people.

But also this will get his method patched faster than if he just sold the data.
