I make youtube videos and I am attempting to promote my videos by sending messages to admins of fan pages that are related to my videos (topics that are similar to the videos so they are most likely to help promote the videos)... I have gathered a list of about 300 different admins on a text file (a list of the urls each taking me directly to the FB messaging form for each specific page - i send 50 messages a day (about once every 5 minutes) and just to be sure it doesn't flag my msges as spam, i came up with 16 unique messages so they are different - i even avoid putting the youtube video in the message, telling the person to check out my FB wall for the video (which i know has to be a HUGE loss to potential responses)...

It seems the first day everyone gets my message because the checkmark shows up showing that about 1 out of 5 admins read the message - i'll even get 4 or 5 responses usually... but on the second day no one responds and no checkmarks appear which makes me believe no one is getting my messages... same with the 3rd, 4th and 5th day, not one response or checkmark...

How can I make it so they get to see the messages? My promotion campaign lasts for 5 days - I don't want the last 4 days of promotion to be in vain!

Is the only way around this to make multiple accounts using different IP addresses and to send all the messages on the first day? Wouldn't that be a bit obvious? I read somewhere you can create the accounts using a different IP address and once the account is created that you can use the same IP address (just different browser or clear the cache/cookies each time) to use FB - but wouldn't they pick up on that considering I'd be sending the same messages using 5 accounts?

Is there a way I can actually post the youtube video in the message without it being flagged for spam? Would using a service such as tinyurl work? I recently purchased my own domain so I will be linking people to the domain blog which will have the videos instead... will that change anything?

These are all my questions/concerns... if anyone can help with ANYTHING I would greatly appreciate it!!! I spend hundreds of hours making videos and I know that marketing is 99% of the effort - I wanna improve upon this if possible!!!

as an update, people MAY be seeing some of my messages on the 2nd and third day but the ratio is much lower (i suppose this is because most of the 16 unique messages i create get marked as spam) and i got done reading hundreds of facebook threads and i think i'm more comfortable now... i see that i cannot use a url shortening service which is a bummer - it's a shame the only thing i can do is tell them to go to my facebook wall - i suppose i could add a msg saying "if you like i can post the video as a response to this message" - this way they respond and establish a connection - would facebook still consider the video posted as a response as spam? or would he be required to mark it as spam? i also read that you can get away with creating 2-5 accounts on the same IP address... i'll do that, but i don't really wanna bother with adding friends to those accounts... and maybe i'll just create 2 additional accounts just to be safe (3 total if you include my main)...

my only other question is, which i couldn't find an answer to on here so far. is how many messages will i get away with sending on my newly created FB accounts? and should it matter what order i mix up the messages as? what i have now cycles through 16 unique messages and then starts over. would it be better if i just send 8 unique messages the first day and then the other 8 the next day?

Put differently, if I'm sending only 50 messages a day, how many of them should be unique? and if someone marks them as spam, what about all the messages that were already sent? Does fb automatically delete them or does marking it as spam just prevent me from sending the same message from that point on (which would mean I 100% wanna get ALL the messages out the first day)

It's a pain finding 16 different ways to say the same thing... Will adding typos or a few extra periods or spaces make a difference?

also, someone needs to lighten up on the posting restrictions - took me 10 min to realize i couln't say pain in the ***... which is why i'm posting this as 2 seperate messages...
