    Hey guys,
I have a site that I want to flip and its on flippa. It is being watched by 29 people but no1 is bidding.......why???

I mean it still has around 2 days to end the auction but still is it usual for the parties to bid on the last day?

I have recd. a bid for $150 whereas my reserve price is $247. I won't sell if there is no other bid, how can I bring it some more attention???

Grab more eyeballs so that more people bid on it?

    Thanks

I can't share the URL of the site coz that would be kinda self promotion and also my partner does not want it to be disclosed.

    Thanks

Don't be too worried about early bids, I've always gotten late bids with my auctions at flippa.

With 29 watchers your sure to do well. No one wants to bid early at an auction as they will only end up in a bidding war, so any shrewd potential buyer will bide their time! In my experience you'll see most of the bidding happening within the final 12hrs! let us know how much you eventually flip it for!

Make sure you have clear income stats

    Google Analytics installed and verified

Realistic selling price (12x monthly income or less)

Feature on front page if you want max exposure - although with 29 watchers probably no need. It's something like 30 bucks but worth it.

You'll tend to find most serious buyers spend some time doing research before bidding, so don't expect an immediate bid.

maybe your listing period was too long, so people prefer to watch it 1st

    Completely agreed.

Most of the sites I sell get the majority of their bids during the final 10-20 hours of the auction. There have been a few exceptions to this (usually in cases where two or three people have started to outbid each other continuously until one of them has made a BIN purchase) but there have also been sites that have gotten no bids in 7 days and then 20+ bids during the final 4+4+4+4 (in case you didn't know, Flippa extends auctions automatically) hours.
