when you delete some bad articles in your site do you force it by using GSC removal feature so the articles get deindex faster or you just let it deindex naturally?

Not initially. But after sometime if it's stubborn.
didnt its better to use GSC removal feature right after we delete the articles so google not recognize it as 404 pages?

I wouldn't leave it as 404. It should be redirected to live source. Ideally a page talking about the same thing but in much higher quality.

Although, few 404s are completely fine.

Could you recommend me any plugin to do this easily?

I have tried it many times but failed. Some WordPress plugins are not working for me.

If I ever delete any articles or pages in my website, I immediately apply 301 redirect to the deleted urls. This is the natural way of letting Google decide the fate of the deleted articles.

You can search for a wordpress plugin named 'Redirection' by John Godley for this. It is the most easy to use and popular plugin for this purpose.

Yes I second Redirection.

If you want something simpler, I suggest Simple 301 Redirects
