    Hey there,
I am really wondering what is wrong with the buyer of my site. I flipped a site and he paid me my money (over $350).

I transferred the domain name but he still hasn't accepted. The payment was made to my bank account via Xoom and I haven't heard from him since then. I tried emailing him but he isn't replying.

Is my money safe, I mean the amount he sent to me via Xoom. It was a bank transfer.

    Thanks

Happens sometimes - 10% of the time you never hear from them again for some reason and 90% of the time they had something urgent crop up and couldn't complete the sale right away. Bear in mind depending on where you sell (Flippa for example) you get a lot of very active buyers who may see a $350 buy as low priority.

Some noobs also don't realise you have to accept domain transfers - so make sure you tell them about that.

Payment wise you are fine - nothing they can do - no wrong intent on your side

    Home Page:
Try to wait for him or if he/she is really noob, ask to get access to his/her account and you do the transfer. His/her last activity? If in Flippa, you can see that on the profile page. Have you tried email him/her?

I did that once, helped him out because he's very busy with his work.

I sold an entertainment niche site on ebay ...the buyer paid me immediately after the auction ended and I never heard from him again he never answered several emails concerning the site transfer.

I did some research into him after never hearing back and it looked like he was a pretty big player in L.A. and I just figured that he buys and sells so many that he forgot about mine.

    Que Sera, Sera

I emailed him atleast 10 times. I think I'll give him a week and then ask flippa support for help.

I had that happened to be a few years ago but it wasn't for a site. Turns out they used a stolen credit card and I ended having to eat some crazy paypal chargeback fees and it wasnt even my fault. Nobody will agree with this, but If you don't hear something you may want to issue a refund to avoid a chargeback. (however I don't have any experience with your merchant provider)
