I have a partnership - How can I make $1000 a month?

Hello! I have a partnership with over 10,000 subscribers on a v-logging account. Unfortunately, I stopped making videos for a really long time, and now none of them watch my videos.
I make v-logs, but also own a partnered gaming channel.
Is there anyone on here that could help me gain real subscribers/views to gain a real audience that will eventually lead up to $1000/mo.
I have money to spend, but don't want anything that is too risky that'll get me suspended.

Your best bet is to start uploading quality videos and gaining the views and subscribers naturally. There's really no easy way to drive real subscribers to your page that are actually interested in your videos. I'd just start putting out quality videos people want to see and let it all happen naturally.

I've been uploading quality content 2-5 times a week. I just need that push to get people watching. Like a facebook account shout out or something like that.
