I have a lot of Emails how to use them to email marketing?

i some time ago found a way to scrape out emails from net !!
now i have a lot lot lot of emails but i do not know how to use them for marketing!

or what ways should i use!!

neither i have nay mass mailer or know how to use them!

would anyone like to help me out with these?
