Hi I have a list of 900+ guest post sites in different niche's, I'm an SEO noob and not sure if the metrics really are great or not.
I don't know if I should publicly post some domains here or not, but I am looking for someone who can give me solid advice if I should use this service, and or if it is worth $25 / guest post and if I'd see any results from these sites.
The $25 includes a unique article too, anyways if a pro can PM me to check some of them I'd appreciate it.

Nevermind, let me just post the image here of a small sample:

Lot of factors can make it go either way
    • the 900+ could be 900 of crap quality links
    • where is the 900+ guest post site from, scaped?
    • unique article is it spun or manual written (judging from the price, it's most likely spun)
    • are you going link it directly to your money site or to ur Tier 1/2 sites etc

It's PER link, like $25 for a single guest post
It's unique apparently, judging from examples I can't see anything on Google word for word
I would plan to make it a tier 1 link unless advised otherwise, thanks for replying!

be careful tho, Spun articles pass google checks too btw hence "unique"
so does generated content like articleforge
If it was me, if it was a reputable seller, moneysite would be fine
otherwise, i would stay away or throw it on burnsites/t2s to test it out

How are the metrics of the 900 sites? Are they real sites with real traffic?

If they are legit, then $25 per post is pretty alright

WOW, my advice is to never use such a public networks because you can get a penalty very quickly.
Also the quality of those sites is terrible. I made a quick check on: anecdotot.net (House & Home Improvement niche) and didn't found even a single home related link pointing to it. Before being part of this crappy PBN network the domain was some kind of arabic news site.

And finally, for $25 you can create your own PBN where you can control everything.

I went to showbox-app.net. Here's a quote from one of their articles:

    That's what you'll be getting for $25.

Check the site. All of the posts are like that. They don't make a lick of sense. And I bet it's the same across all 900 sites.

It might be unique, but garbage is still garbage.

Probably same as you, I got it from the email of some random person, offering "900 PBN sites" with $25 per post.
I'm agree to the people here - the quality of the sites is far from a good one, especially if you want to stick to your niche. Even though some of the sites have good metrics.

I will skip this offer for tier 1 of the money site, and probably you should too. For tier 2 it's too expensive on my opinion, but if I had any sites which I could easily drop in worst case, I would probably try to buy some just because of the curiosity.

    Cheers

Apparently you haven't built PBN for a long time. You can only dream about buying even a semi-decent expiring domain for $25, and buying a domain is just a first step, and just a first expense.

And to the OP: Nowadays, you can't get a good blog post for $25... I offer guest posts on one of my sites, it's not super strong (TF 10, CF 10, 6 years old, hundreds of real articles), and I still easily sell a post for $100...
You get what you pay for, remember.

I'm still doing PBN's and if tell you how many I have built already you will not believe me...anyway.
I have my own team of writers and also using freelancers from freelancer.com and people per hour so have a slight idea how much a good article costs. There are millions of people from India with (with English as their native language) who works very, very cheap. I'm not saying all of them can create quality content but if you search enough you can find great writers who will create good articles for a few bucks. You will use these articles on your PBN's and not on your money sites so no need to hire a journalist from New York Times.

Expired Domains price - I have developed my own way to find these domains and pay $0 for each of them and everyone else can do it with scrapebox. If you are buying expired domains on sites like ExpiredDomains.net, GoDaddy auctions or Dynadot you need to adjust your strategy.

Hosting - as I have hosting reseller accounts with over 60 big brand hosts the cost per hosting a domain is around $0.25.

And finally if you sell posts for $100 on your PBN all I can say is that you are a great seller.

Congrats then! I wished I could find good expired domains, but I can't find a way, and feel all good are taken (good means no spam/Chinese/Russian/ past pbn history)...
Auctions have huge competition, that's true. But I feel that the demand for good domains is so high right now, and tools and software to locate them within expiring domains so sophisticated, that there's a little chance a good domain with decent metrics will expire without anybody buying it in an auction. At least that's my experience, but I may be doing things wrong....

I do not sell a post on PBN for $100... I sell a genuine guest post on a website that has 50K organic visitors each month and earns me decent money. Ocassional sales of guest posts form just an additional income for this site, I think I sold seven or eight in 2016.
